Job Description:
- Manage reporting for ques in Salesforce.
- Use data from Salesforce tickets to create reports given to leadership team.
- Build reporting on Escalations projects.
- Coordinating and reporting on Escalations projects.
- Data reporting
- Continuously update Salesforce dashboard reports, ticket types, and templates to allow for more efficient workflow
- Data Analytics - 2 years
- Salesforce Reporting - 2 years
- Medicaid Eligibility experience
- Excel: macros, pivot tables, v-lookups
