Top Skills Needed:
1) 1-2 years of experience working as an Audio/Visual Technician. Ideally for a large corporation.
2) Experience with Cisco equipment/technology, as well as an understanding of Windows/Mac Platforms
3) Proven experience learning new technologies
Description:
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Equipment Setup and Configuration:** Assist in the setup and configuration of audio-visual equipment for events, meetings, and presentations, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
2. **Event Support:** Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all AV equipment operates correctly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
3. **Maintenance and Troubleshooting:** Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment, diagnose technical problems, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
4. **Inventory Management:** Assist in managing and tracking AV equipment inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and maintained in good condition.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with AV technicians, event coordinators, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of audio-visual requirements for various events.
6. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate documentation of AV setups, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing and best practices.
