Are you ready to test your abilities as Systems Administrator (Research) in a sophisticated enterprise exploitation environment? Join a dedicated team supporting the UDS contract at NGA.
Responsibilities: What you get to do every day:
- Supports a Tier 2/Tier 3 desktop services support team providing:
- On-call desktop software and on-call support for a broad user base
- End user device support for workstations, monitors, client devices, voice devices, printers, scanners, plotters and personal IT devices
- Desktop image management
- Home directory and profile support services
- Operations services for directory, authentication and user account management
- DNS/DHCP domain services
- Patch management support for windows devices across multiple networks
- Performs advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
- Develops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures
Clearance: Active TS (SCI eligibility) clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly is required upon application for initial consideration **This position is not open for any clearance upgrades or sponsorship.**
Education/Experience: Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience; 5 years of experience
Required Skills:
- Works seamlessly in a team environment
- Experience using Service
- Software Deployment and Network Patching
- Scripting experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting Windows & Linux environments
