Duties:
- Install low voltage systems, including security systems, fire alarms, access control systems, and CCTV systems
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on low voltage systems to ensure proper functionality
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions in low voltage systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with electrical equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), fire alarms, access control systems, and CCTV systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in low voltage installations
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations related to low voltage systems
- Basic understanding of computer networking principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
