Job Title: Commercial SecurityTechnician

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225, and within a 50-mile radius of the metro area.

Start Date: Monday 5/13 or ASAP

Scope:
We are seeking a skilled Technician with a robust background in commercial structured cabling for a variety of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will excel in constructing network closets, employing bulk cabling practices, and demonstrating proficiency in installing and troubleshooting various networking and security devices. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building out network closets and infrastructure to industry standards.
• Familiarity with bulk cabling practices for efficient and organized installations.
• Installation and configuration of IP cameras, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), and Access Control hardware.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills for access control and security wiring and components, including the use of multimeters.
• Adherence to safety protocols and standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial structured cabling, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in lifting heavy equipment and materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tools/PPE Requirement:
Candidates must possess their own hand tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
