Hoosier Security is Hiring a Low Voltage Installation Technician Near Indianapolis, IN

Who We Are:
We are a one-stop shop for solutions that make your business, school, commercial facility, financial institution more secure, comfortable, and energy efficient. From design and planning to installation and service, we offer several essential services:
  • Access Control
  • Video Surveillance
  • Security Systems
OFFERING $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS. We are looking for a Security Systems Installation Technician who has installed small business up to enterprise level security systems including cameras and access control. You must be able and willing to travel overnight, if necessary, throughout Indiana.
Who You Are:
• An understanding of how low-voltage systems come together from start to finish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment to meet the needs of our clients
• Must be extremely organized and exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• Hands-on experience with Access Control and Video systems is strongly preferred
• A Collaborative work ethic
• A mindset of continuous education and improvement
What You Are Accountable For:
• Installing all types of systems, but if you think Hikvision is high-end, you likely would not fit in here. You should be comfortable wiring a single door access system by yourself and training the customer as well as running a crew to get 150 analytics cameras installed. We don’t install many fire systems, but that is good experience too
• Real experience running a team and working solo on commercial installs
• You understand networks
• You have worked quite a bit with Avigilon and other enterprise security systems.
• You get along with all types of personalities
Our Culture:
NO Interpretation Required -
We speak plainly, openly, honestly and bluntly. We say what we mean and mean what we say.
Simply Effective -
Sometimes the best solution is the simplest one. Always seek out the best solution.
No Jerks Allowed -
Life is too short to deal with jerks. Don’t be one, Don’t do business with one.
Find It and Fix It -
The problem is our enemy. Dig deep enough to find it, then fix it. Always.
Corners Have Rights -
We respect corners. Corners hold up buildings! We don’t cut corners.
