Teen Cancer America, a nonprofit organization devoted to increasing survival and improving the lives of adolescent and young adults with cancer by transforming hospitals to better serve their needs, is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong track record in accounting processes, budget development, compliance, and reporting.
Position Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, and working closely with the Directors, the Finance Manager is a key contributor to Teen Cancer America’s financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial and operational systems, processes, administration, and internal controls. The position’s primary goal is to ensure the day-to-day business and financial operations of the organization run effectively and efficiently.
Our staff is a mix of on-site in our LA office and remote as a fully collaborative and creative team in service to our mission which includes participation in fundraising activities, program outreach, and other support as necessary.

This position is preferred onsite at our LA office, based on a 3 day -24 hour work week, with additional hours required during the annual audit. The salary range is $42-52K, based on the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
