Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.

Duties:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Conduct risk management assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings
- Perform account analysis and general ledger reconciliation
- Provide guidance and support to finance team members
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices
- Proficient in financial report interpretation and analysis
- Excellent technical accounting skills
- Solid understanding of cost control strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
