With an industry-best platform, you would help executives and their assistants craft the ground-based travel legs for their VIP travel itineraries as well as help them with changes and questions during and after their travel.

Field service requests by phone, email, chat, text and travel booking channels. Earn awards and rewards for accuracy and professionalism. We will train on systems.

Duties:

• Handle a large volume of business-to-business inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Processing documentation accurately and efficiently
• Assisting clients with inquiries and/or problem resolutions
• Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Updating important account information / profiles for maximization of communications
• Answering emails and phone calls

Requirements:

The schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.

Tuesday - Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday - Saturday 12pm-8pm

• Customer Service in high call volume setting: 2 years
• Experience prefered
• strong communication and customer service skills
• answer customer phone calls and enter trip information in a timely manner
• Detail-orientation with the ability to multitask
• Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends with occasional overtime
• High school education or higher
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
