Responsibilities:

- Must have dispatching experience in limo business

- this is not a remote position , located in Norwalk CT
- Coordinate and schedule chauffeured transportation services for executives
- Utilize SantaCruz to track and manage reservations
- Analyze reservations manifest to optimize assignments for optimal efficiency
- Communicate with chauffeurs, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service
- Monitor fleet activities and provide support to chauffeurs and clients as needed
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays before they impact a client

- Receive and prioritize incoming calls/ emails from customers and chauffeurs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dispatcher role or similar position required
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong, proven familiarity with routes and around New York City and it's airports, LGA,
- Strong analytical skills to assess transportation data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in transportation planning and fleet management

- live within 35 miles of Norwalk, CT

- hours: 2PM to 10PM, Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
