Ted Miller State Farm is currently looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. State Farm is a highly regarded brand, and we aim to provide remarkable customer service. Our team is looking for a CSR applicant with strong customer relationship skills. Job Expectations:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with billing questions
- Process customer changes to their Auto and Home insurance policies
- Provide product recommendations and educate customers on insurance needs
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide Auto and Home insurance quotes
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License
