Position Overview:
The Account Executive for Care for Business, will proactively build client relationships while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives. This position will ideally have experience working with Human Resources, Finance, and IT organizations. Care for Business, Care.com's fastest-growing business unit, provides family care benefits for employers.
Our products enable employees to manage all their family care needs, so they can focus on doing exciting things at work. This position calls for a solutions-oriented and consummate relationship builder, they will work with key client managers, negotiating business terms, and securing partnerships that are mutually beneficial to Care.com and our client.

Base Salary Range : $120,000-$135,000 | On Target Earnings: $240,000- $270,000 Commissions are uncapped
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, IAC provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
