Position: Senior Appian Developer

Location: Jersey City/Tampa/Irving, TX (4 Days ONSITE)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Appian-based solutions that align with Citi's business objectives.
2. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Appian platform to perform platform setup, configuration, and customization to meet specific project requirements.
3. Lead the development and implementation of complex workflows, integrations, and business process management solutions within the Appian environment.
4. Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of Appian platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommending enhancements to existing solutions.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Appian Developer, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Appian Level 2 certification is required.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Appian platform setup, configuration, and customization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing complex workflows, integrations, and business process management solutions using Appian.
• Self-driven individual with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to travel to client locations in Jersey City, Tampa, and Irving for 3-4 days onsite as needed.
