Summary:

In this role, you will implement and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) related solutions. You will provide technical support for existing EDI processes and systems including Dell Boomi and other eCommerce-related applications.

Responsibilities:

• Technical implementation of trading partners' EDI to Vizient's eCommerce solutions leveraging Dell Boomi.
• Design, configure, develop, enhance, test, deliver, and debug EDI related maps and processes.
• Develop, implement, and follow best practices as it relates to integrating and supporting trading partners.
• Establish and support trading partner connectivity to Vizient eCommerce systems.
• Collaborate with trading partners, software vendors, and Vizient internal departments to successfully implement and support Vizient's eCommerce solutions.
• Provide Tier-2 support and 24/7 EDI support as-needed on a rotation for Vizient's eCommerce Exchange.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of related EDI experience is required.
• Experience in developing maps and processes in Dell Boomi required.
• Experience with eXtensible Markup Language (XML), EDI, and flat file mapping is required.
• Knowledge of implementing Web Services required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards supporting EDI transactions including 810, 850, 855, 856, and 832 required.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as Applicability Statement 2 (AS2), and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) required.
• Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Groovy Script required.
• Dell Boomi Associate Developer certification preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay processes a plus.
