Responsibilities:

• Actively leads project requirements, coordination and completion.
• Prepares project charters and schedules, defines project tasks, timelines and resources.
• Coordinates schedules, approvals, sample preparation and other tasks as required.
• Performs documentation of meeting minutes and action items, reviews and edits project documentation and formal communication.
• Clearly communicate expectations to all suppliers and ensure on time and on budget deliverables.
• Present new projects to management for discussion and create a course of action.
• Be the main point of contact for Sales and liaison between Sales and Design/Production teams.

Design Development Coordination

• Work with all project stakeholders to ensure key milestones are reached. Some are Designers, Suppliers, client teams, GCs and other trades.
• Ensure on-time submittals and approvals.
• Work with procurement to initiate issuing a PO and achieve work back schedule milestones.
• Manage design changes on-time to receive approvals
• work with both Toronto and Portugal studio

Requirements:

• Experience in lighting preferred
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Design & Manufacturing
• Undergraduate Degree Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Business
• PM Certificate preferred
• Knowledge of technical drawings is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a minimum) and ERP
• Knowledge of PM modules
• Loves Lighting and/or Interior Design & Architecture
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Imagination and love for design and beauty
• Loves Time
• Eager to learn and teach

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,521.65 - $128,084.28 per year
