JOB DETAILS Position: Program Manager Retail, eCommerce

Location: San Francisco, CA Hybrid (3 days per week)

Description:

• Candidate experience with ERP background desired. Desirable - Inventory, Merchandizing and other Supply Chain areas.
• Retail experience is a MUST. A successful candidate should identify themselves not as a Project coordinator tracking schedules/budget, but being able to provide value to project execution; Should be able to guide/ partner with Product and Development teams to achieve delivery efficiency (within budget and quality code on time without any churn)
• Proven experience in dealing with cross functional teams Ecom, SupplyChain, supporting team (Infrastructure, DevOps, Production Engineering etc). Should be able to provide examples in the interview.
• Retail experience is a must. Should be able to excel in a fast paced environment, deal with and be able to steer team in ambiguous situations.
• Should not shy away from escalation and use judgement (not a checklist) to keep the project on track. Should be able to provide examples in the interview.

Responsibilities:

• Lead retail project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts and agreements.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address issues, and provide guidance.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying potential obstacles and developing contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the implementation of retail technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
