Facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. Experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives. Drive end-to-end production support incident management which includes identification of impacted areas/applications, coordinating client engagement and communication and driving the completion of root cause analysis.

- Strategic Thinker for the management of the overall product delivery for their workstreams ensuring release schedules are met and risks are managed.
- Works closely with Program/Project manager to decompose the product vision and product roadmap into themes which will be captured in the product backlog
- Partner with business product owners/managers to gather, analyze and convert the business requirements into actionable epics, stories for the development team
- Participate in agile ceremonies, stand ups and translate requirement into technical specifications for easier consumption by development teams
- Work Closely with developers, architects and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of technical solutions that meet the needs of the clients
- Conduct thorough analysis of the existing systems, processes and workflows, identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high quality solutions
- Preferred to have commercial banking experience
- Experience with vendor products is preferred (Commercial Onboarding, KYB/KYC, Low Code/No Code Workflow Platforms)
