COMPENSATION: $20/hr

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collecting and analyzing data regarding the organization and IT users
• Overseeing the implementation of IT solutions
• Analyzing business operations based on IT data
• Coordinating communication between IT and other departments

• Provide ongoing support and training to end users, empowering them to leverage technology effectively in their roles.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and the IT development team, ensuring that project requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system enhancements to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, enhancing the overall efficiency of our systems and operations.
• Creating reports
• Performs other duties as necessary.

SKILLS:

• Working towards Bachelor's degree, having completed at least 50 hours of relevant college level coursework.
• Must have a good understanding of computers.
• Knowledge of software configuration and troubleshooting required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven Project Management skills and strong solving skills, people skills and the ability to work independently.
