Commercial Sales Project manager
LA area
$65k-$85k Base - plus commission and fuel
The Commercial Sales Project Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals through professional sales techniques, good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales and marketing coverage by performing the following duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work withProject Management Office and Sales Project Managers to develop and manage project plans that facilitate smooth execution of installation projects.
- Work with Sales Project Managers to understand requirements for each project
- Ability to read & analyze architectural & engineering plans
- Document visits with pictures and accurate measurements
- Assist Sales Project Managers in presenting and explaining layouts and designs to customers and related parties
- Develop and document project plans
- Coordinate execution of project plans with Sales Project Managers, Project Management Office, Installation Team, Customer Service, and Service Management department.
- Prepare system design diagrams and layouts and/or engineering drawings and reports
- Produce excel spreadsheets & perform environmental and/or regulatory analysis where necessary.
- Process Improvement / Automation.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and roll out of information systems and new technology
- Support a culture of continuous process improvement and automation
- Travel to job sites required.
- Other duties as assigned

Certified Water Specialist – Take online course to get certified and attend Educational Seminars for CEU credits required for re-certification.
