Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects, providing technical support for multiple stores, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project milestones
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- POS systems and IT peripheral knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Basic Network support experience
- Good knowledge and expertise troubleshooting skills on Windows OS

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience with program management methodologies
