ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain supplies and tools in tool crib.

• Maintain the Tool Room in an orderly, neat, and clean manner.
• Assist shop with tooling request.
• Monitor tool usage.

Process setup kits for upcoming jobs.

• Selects holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials for specific jobs.
• Set tools in tool holders and record Z offsets on tool lists for all machines.
• Maintain inventory levels of tooling and consumables.
• Place order requisitions when required.
• Research new items as needed.

Take inventory of all items; maintain on computer; place order requisitions when required.

Collect all un-used tools from floor; inspect for damage; place in assigned area.

• Removing used tooling from holders and inspecting for damage.
• Restocking of good used tools.
• Monitor usage of specific items in daily logbooks.

Notify supervisor of any tool damages.

Knowledge of CNC tooling, general shop experience and Presetter experience helpful.

Multitasking skills necessary, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good attendance, and punctuality is a MUST.

6am-2:30pm

Pay rate:$22-$24.00
