Teamworks Adventure Camp is looking for a dynamic and responsible waterfront director to oversee all waterfront activities.
Duties
- Manage waterfront operations, including swimming, boating, and water safety.
- Coordinate and lead swim testing and documentation
- Ensure the safety of all campers and staff during waterfront activities
- Maintain a clean and organized waterfront area
Experience
- Previous experience as a lifeguard
- Must be currently certified
- Experience managing waterfront activities
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and campers to enforce all rules
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
