The Clinical Supervisor ensures compliance, quality, and policy development in line with the organization's standards, embodying its mission, vision, and values in the communities served.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and oversee quality improvement for patient care and provider productivity.

· Work with the executive team to minimize organizational risk.

· Manage clinical measures and population health for optimal outcomes.

· Facilitate full chart audits, data analysis, and reporting.

· Lead chronic disease care improvement efforts.

· Train and onboard new providers.

· Ensure timely documentation and billing accuracy.

· Visit sites monthly and facilitate meetings.

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
