Clinical Supervisor:

-Conduct interview for potential provider.

-Provide full training on expectations, ECW, coding, protocols etc…

-Accompany provider to first day (and however many are needed) and follow up daily to ensure a seamless start.

-Understanding the needs of the facility to ensure they are being accommodated.

-Create protocols to ensure a higher level of care, reduce hospitalizations, take a proactive approach, while allowing for more visits.

-Oversee daily productivity, and ensure timely documentation.

-Regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and maximization of billing codes.

-Monthly site visits in addition to site visits as needed.

-Check in with providers on a regular basis.

-Conduct monthly company call
