The Role:

As a Project Manager for our client, a multinational company that provides cutting-edge software, solutions, and services, you will be joining a collaborative team of forward thinkers to work on one of the company’s newest and most innovative products. Your effective communication and collaboration skills combined with your project management expertise will be essential to driving communications and content that lands with a broad array of audiences, from C-Suite members to the sales field. Being a newer marketing team, your colleagues need your help building and implementing efficient processes to ensure effective communication and cross-team collaboration, manage content and provide best practices to essential rhythms of business. As a highly organized, creative, and enterprising Project Manager ready to hit the ground running, we are confident you will be successful in this exciting new role.

What you’ll do (but not limited to the following):

  • Manage all assets inherent to the marketing team’s success 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to define and build efficient collaboration processes for content creation and other rhythms of the business
  • Manage all stages of the marketing messaging process from copy editing, messaging management, stakeholder, and legal reviews to final publishing
  • Manage sales enablement (timelines, processes, calendaring) so the field can land marketing assets on seller/partner platforms
  • Own meeting agendas for the team, socialize the agendas and manage meeting communications as needed
  • Prepare and execute PowerPoint decks for leadership and stakeholder reviews
  • Own the Teams channels for the marketing team

What you’ll need:

  • 4-6 years of project management experience with time spent working for an enterprise company on a marketing team
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop engaging presentations, for a variety of audiences from C-level to the field
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather input and feedback 
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Figma and Stream
  • Previous Microsoft experience
  • Located in the Puget Sound area
