The Team Dealerships are seeking an additional Accountant to work at their central accounting location located at the Richland Plaza on Scalp Ave in Johnstown to assist in managing the general accounting and financial processes of our company. Applicant must have several years experience in accounting. Job duties include but are not limited to; Processing Auto Purchase Bank Contracts, Data Entry of Auto Purchases, Bank reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, providing management with reports, overseeing the processing of auto sales and service repair orders, all H.R. Duties, Healthcare and Retirement plan administration.
Requirements:
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets Knowledge of an accounting information systems is a plus
Good math skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills , must be personable, friendly and able to communicate well with others
Confidentiality and integrity when representing the company
Team offers a 5 day work week, Monday thru Friday, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, Health, Dental, and Eye care, 401k retirement plan. Excellent working environment. Income to commensurate with experience.
