TEAM IP is seeking Customer Service Representative to handle all incoming customer service inquiries via phone and email. Must be able to work independently. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with other team members, customers, and corporate partners.
This position will join our Events Division team and report to the VP of Events. Training will be provided to learn what is required to successfully communicate with customers. Work hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday on-site at Team IP’s headquarters in Stuart, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
● Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
● Communicating with customers through various channels, phone, email, etc.
● Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
● Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
● Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
● Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
● Shipping of completed orders.
● Performing general office and administrative duties, as required.
● Be able to work effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a faced-paced environment with firm deadlines.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be dependable, positive and attentive, have strong organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, be able to adapt to changing priorities and work well under the pressure of deadlines and peak volume. Have a working knowledge of Google Suite, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
