Description
Responsibilities
- Using GPS equipment to set control, property corner searches, topographic surveys and staking of easements and rights-of-way
- Occasional use of Total Station for the above
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to operate and train others in the use of survey equipment including conventional and electronic instruments and computers (hardware and software)
- Possess good interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills
- Although not likely, overnight travel may be required
- Willingness to learn all aspects of surveying
- Experience utilizing GPS equipment is preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus
