Elite Martial Arts is expanding and looking for a Program Director to run our After School & Summer Camp programs, along with running our office for all programs. Must be ages 18 and up.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Program Operations Manager

Pay: Salary $30,000 base pay plus bonuses (Goal is $40,000)

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Run ASP/SC programs, all aspects of the program; while operating rotation

grids.

2. Hiring and training of all staff-unless location manager says otherwise

3. Retain members by great professional relationships with parents & members.

Typical Work Schedule During School Year:

Monday-Friday 12 pm- 7 pm (at location)

Mondays also 11 am-12 pm meeting HQ-Richmond

Typical Summer Camp Work Schedule: full time
