Big Picture Ventures, LLC is hiring a Director of Operations for LexLive in Lexington, KY

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading our managers and staff to consistently exceed guest expectations. Daily activities will focus on motivating our teams, driving sales, controlling costs and maintaining our high standards. We recruit and hire strong, self-disciplined people who are committed to our concept and family entertainment environment. About You:

• 5 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a high volume restaurant or family entertainment facility. Movie Theatre experience is a plus but not necessary.
• The ability to oversee all aspects of the business - from the smallest details to the big picture
• Experience in developing and maintaining an exceptional guest focused environment
• High volume restaurant / FEC experience
• Ability to Create an Amazing Employee and Guest Experience
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• True Leadership Capabilities 
• Hosts managerial meetings weekly to promote and increase productivity
• Knowledge of food, labor, and bar costs
• Enjoy working with people
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications
