Twin Maple Construction is looking for a full-time, reliable teammate willing to drive the company truck & trailer to job sites. We perform various construction jobs locally in PA and occasionally in NJ & MD. With our crew, you are part of a team, and we desire to help you learn, grow, and succeed. We are looking for someone we can count on each morning, and in exchange, we will help you learn and grow in the construction industry. This is not just a job but a career for someone eager to learn.

Our Ideal Construction Laborer/Driver:

• Reliable: We meet at the shop each morning by 6 a.m. As the crew driver, it's critical that you are on time so that we get to the job site on time.
• Desire to Learn: Those with experience are preferred, but we are willing to teach if you have an aptitude for construction and would like to learn the trade.
• Active: This position requires lifting 75 lbs., climbing ladders, using hand tools, bending, lifting, and being on the go for most of the day.
• Positive: Your experience is not as important as your attitude. We are looking for someone friendly, dependable, hardworking, and a good team player.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License, a clean driving record for the past three years, and the ability to get a DOT medical card.
• Tools Required: You will need a tool belt & basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
