Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

• 
  Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of our commercial roofing projectsto ensure they not only meet but exceed industry standards
• Review project plans and estimates to ensure the correct materials are ordered for each project and identify & procure any additional materials that are needed
• Create schedules and timelines for each project and ensure the project is meeting our budget, safety, and quality standards
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and effectively with our customers, subcontractors, and our team
• Provide updates and progress reports to our Production Team, keeping them informed of each project's status
• Assure the safety of our crews and the integrity of our work by verifying thatall safety and quality standards are being met and exceeded on our job sites
• Visit 1-2 projects daily to track the progress and address any issues or concerns

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team to oversee all aspects of our commercial roofing projects to ensure that our product exceeds industry standards and our customer's expectations. This position is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented individual with strong planning and communication skills, a roofing/construction background, and looking for a position with a growing company.

Our Ideal Project Manager:

• Experienced: 2 years of construction or roofing project manager experience is preferred. We are willing to train a candidate with construction/roofing experience interested in stepping into a project manager role.
• Strategic: Able to plan out projects while anticipating potential problems and addressing them before they occur.
• Leader: Confident in your position. Able to manage high-pressure situations and hold subcontractors and teammates accountable
• Efficient/Organized: Able to manage time well, stick to schedules, set priorities, and complete tasks on time
• Flexible: Unexpected changes/issues arise in projects. Willing to adjust their schedule, potentially work a Saturday if the project is delayed due to weather, and travel to job sites (about 50-70% of the time)
• Collaborative: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build strong relationships with subcontractors, customers, and team members
• Team Player: Self-less. Willing to put the needs and success of the team above themselves.
• Active: able to navigate active job sites, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 lbs.
