• Restore & renovate old barns and historic buildings to period accuracy

Stable Hollow Construction is hiring experienced and entry-level Carpenters to restore and renovate old barns and historic buildings.

We are an expanding, high-caliber, family-oriented company that serves its employees by encouraging personal and professional growth for all levels of employment.

Our Ideal Carpenter :

Experience : Construction or carpentry experience is preferred, but we will provide on-the-job training for the right person.

Familiarity with hand and power tools, work ethic integrity, and OSHA certifications are helpful.

• Quality-Focused : We embrace exclusive, challenging projects for our customers and are looking for carpenters who pay attention to detail & accuracy and take pride in their work.
• Punctuality : We want all teams to arrive on time to be in the truck leaving the shop at 6 : 00 a.m. We strive to consistently have everyone back at the shop in Manheim by 5 : 00 p.m.
• Clean Cut : We're a friendly, upbeat carpentry crew. We expect appropriate language, no visible tattoos, and casual but clean attire.

Company shirts and light jackets provided.

Safety Conscious : We take our crews' safety seriously and expect all employees to adhere to OSHA and company safety rules at all times without exception.

Safety training provided.

• Active : Work in a physically demanding role. Be able to sit, stand, walk, or be on your feet for long periods. Able to work in all weather conditions, lift 80 pounds regularly, push, pull, climb, and carry objects or work on scaffolding.

Ability to work in all seasons in all temperatures because we work full-time year-round!
