TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is Hiring a Customer Service / Office Representative Near Kennesaw, GA

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls, follow-ups on service, and scheduling new service.
  • Interacting with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and schedule services.
  • Collecting and entering orders for new or additional services.
  • Fielding customer questions and forwarding them to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' questions.
  • Maintaining accurate customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized assistance and demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, and ability to learn new software. Preference is given to those with at least a year of experience working in Service Titan or in a similar software used in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical home services.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday.
