Due to continued growth and recent promotions, we are currently seeking to add a Customer Service Agent to our Marietta, GA lab and headquarters customer service team.
Responsibilities :
1. Open and Close front lobby entrance / reception area
2. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
3. Announce visitors to the appropriate host
4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (update and monitor visitor log, check IDs, issue visitor badges, and any other required tasks)
6. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
7. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email
8. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries, faxes
9. Schedule conference calls and rooms as requested
10. Ensure emergency protocol is followed as needed
11. Request Certificates of Insurance as required
12. Provide back up for Customer Service as needed
13. Data entry into Customer Relations Management systems (CRM)
14. Referring inquiries to the proper department and subject expert
15. Properly maintain and update CRM
16. Other duties as directed
Requirements : Requirements :
1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Professional attitude and appearance
4. Solid written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
8. Ability to handle multiple phone lines at a time
9. Customer service attitude
10. High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
