What you will do:

The role of the Amorista is to ensure the overall success and operation needs of the store are met while supporting and providing teamwork to the team members. The Amorista enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can work efficiently under pressure. The Amorista will provide exceptional customer service and quality drinks and desserts. With a high reputation at Te’amo Organic, the Amorista must possess a high sense of responsibility, quality, ethics, and integrity.

Responsibilities

● Work in store alongside other Amoristas and upper management

● Serve customers in a fast, efficient manner, smile face and friendly customer service

● Solve customer questions and complaints in patience, answer phone calls

● Responsible for protecting the store’s assets by following correct food safety, security, company’s property, and cash handling

● Make continuous improvements towards store sales and customer service

● Communicate and report back the above responsibilities with manager and assistant manager

Qualifications:

● Previous restaurant / coffee shop experience (preferred, not required)

● Ability to demonstrate teamwork and provide excellent hospitality

● Communication skills, passionate with work

● Weekend and holiday availability

● Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.

● Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds

● Position will require passing Te’amo Organic’s Amorista training

Compensation:
