Part-time, Full Time and Shift Lead Positions Available - We are a critically acclaimed
Chicago-based coffee roaster in search of qualified shift lead and baristas to
round out our already-amazing, diverse staff. We believe in sustaining
profitable growth by providing the best customer experience for our guests and
co-workers. Ideal applicants are responsible, hardworking, possess elevated
coffee knowledge and a strong passion to learn more. We set ourselves apart by
going the "extra mile" for any and all of our customers and are
looking for service-oriented baristas who can balance pouring a great latte
while providing exceptional experiences for the people who come into our store.
Prior specialty coffee experience is helpful, however with our paid training
program, you can develop in the areas to help you succeed as a barista.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Prepare hot and cold espresso drinks in accordance with
company standards and customer needs
· Maintain a clean work area
