We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Gardena, CA.

Pay Structure

Hourly Pay Rate Monthly Commission

Essential Responsibilities

• Manages and documents inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner with the objective of contacting all assigned clients while building relationships.
• Documents outbound phone calls and relays pertinent information to assigned sales representative.
• Receives orders, adjustments, and returns via telephone and email and enters them into the NetSuite system with impeccable accuracy.
• Performs routine follow-up and maintenance on all open orders and client requests received both internally and externally via telephone and email.
• Promotes regional specials to existing and new clients.
• Prospect both dormant and new clients.
• Probes for business needs, assess the clients' expectations and address accordingly.
• Fluent with TDX E-Commerce website.
• Possesses a strong knowledge of all TDX controlled and non-controlled products, features, benefits, warranties, sizing, application and the ability to effectively communicate these in a compelling way.
• Creates and maintains client login within TDX E-Commerce website, with impeccable accuracy.
• Communicates with all departments regarding timely order release, pricing and shipping requirements, and any other special needs.
• Maintains department reference guides for all clients with the most current account information.
• Trains backup personnel, when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years of experience in a similar or related position
• Bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Ability to type 30 WPM and 10-key
• Experience building relationships with internal and external customers
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude
