Currently seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant.
Familiarity with construction office environment and terminology is highly preferred and a minimum of 1 year’s construction office experience is required to be considered for this position.
Experience with AutoCAD and Primavera is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Entering production data/load count sheets into Excel
• Read and review project drawings and specifications.
• Document project activities and data, as required.
• Scanning
• Filing
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Payroll/timecard entry.
• Email correspondence to clients.

Full-time hours Monday-Friday with pay starting at $20-$24/HR depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 years’ experience working in a construction office.
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel
• Background will be viewed.
• Drug free environment.
