Immediately seeking a detail oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant for a Fairbanks construction company.
Must have 2 years previous administrative experience, good communication skills both written and verbal and the ability and willingness to learn.
Previous accounts receivable/accounts payable experience is a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities Include:

• Answering 2-line phone and directing calls
• Scanning documents
• Updating files from paper, creating documents, and uploading to server
• Contract Submittals
• Filing
• Preparing documents
• Some accounting support duties such as a bit of A/R and billing
• Other administrative duties as required.

Pay starting at $20-$23/HR depending on experience. Hours vary by season as follows:

• Off season (mid-March to mid-May and mid-November until next season/May): only needed 2 days per week/8 hours per day.
• Busy season (mid-May-Nov. 15th): Alternating weeks of 5 days or 6 days per week/ 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Background will be viewed.
• Drug free environment.
