Description:
Taylor Community is seeking an experienced building systems facility technician to help with work orders and other maintenance projects. A strong proficiency in the building trades dedication to customer service, ability to follow directions and understand compliance requirements. Ability to adapt to different PPE needs.
Duties:
Performs skilled tasks that may include, but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, appliances repair and installation, carpentry, painting (interior and exterior; sheetrock repair), heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and performs facility inspections, safety checks, and annual preventive maintenance (pm) checks. Assisting with snow removal as required.
Total Compensation:
Our technicians are paid top wages. This is a full-time hourly position and is entitled to health, dental and vision for under $100 a month, PTO and 401k match.
