As a CSR / Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our relationships with existing customers. Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any questions or concerns
- Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for retention and upselling
- Provide personalized solutions to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to maintain relationships and gather feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate tracking of customer information

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer applications
