Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented front of house staff to join our team. As a Server/Host/Food Runner (multiple job openings available), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Assist customers with their orders and provide product recommendations

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized front end area

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but a positive friendly attitude is the most important attribute you can offer!

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
