Tonic is Hiring for our Front of House Team!

Work in a supportive workplace and leave traditional toxic restaurant culture behind! All of our team members work as a collective, with opportunities to work as a bartender, server, or runner positions. This is a great place to learn bartending. We train on bar as part of your first few training shifts.

Experience is a plus, but not necessary. It's all about attitude for us, and we value smart, enthusiastic people.

We are hiring for both full and part-time team members with night and weekend availability. Our full-time team members are eligible for health benefits, including dental and vision. Our full-time team members can opt into our 4 day work week program, We make wrk/life balance a big priority here at Tonic

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old, or older (in order to serve and mix alcohol)
• Must be able to work nights, and weekends
• Must be teamwork-oriented in all aspects
• TIPS or Virginia ABC certification is a plus
• Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and beer is preferred, but not required

Compensation:

• Hourly: $9.50 plus tips. We move you to $10.50 an hour plus tips at 6 months
• We pool tips, and we average $20 per hour, with an increase to $24-26 an hour on busy days (Fri/Sa) and the busy season (spring/summer/fall)
