We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team. Five years of Sales Management experience is required, with experience at a GM Store preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Set a clear vision and motivate the sales team to achieve company performance standards.
• Manage, train, and direct the sales team.
• Assist new and used car associates in closing sales as needed.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of repeat business.
• Partner with the General Sales Manager and/or General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.
• Assist in managing controllable variable expenses.
• Utilize sales software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Sales Manager experience, preferably at a GM Store.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Proficiency in sales software applications.
• Strong public speaking skills for presentations and customer interactions.
• Phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
