Tasca Buick GMC is looking to add an Experienced Automotive HR Assistant to our accounting office. We prefer candidates with 3 years of experience, automotive experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverages, job title and department positions
• Employee benefits statement reconciliation and monthly payments to carriers
• Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
• Assist Controller with other accounting related tasks

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with excel - basic formulas
• Attention to detail
• Payroll software experience
• Great communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
