About the Role

This position is for contract administration and review, compliance, and regulatory adherence within the biopharmaceutical industry, that offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on contract-related processes and strategies.

Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Audit, review, and input contract data in contract management software to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Run reports and utilize contract management software to ensure compliance with contract terms, be proactive in advance of contract expiry, and develop contract and department-related analytics and associated reports.
• Facilitate the execution of contracts through e-signature platform.
• Communicate with relevant parties to initiate discussions about contract renewal or termination.
• Work within the Legal department to respond to stakeholders' contract-related inquiries and concerns, and prioritize projects according to business need.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and contract management strategies.
• Manage, update, and customize contract templates including CDAs, consulting agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and other formats.
• Review and redline contracts.
• When applicable, ensure contracts submitted for legal review received required approvals in accordance with current policies.
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be required.

Factors for Success:

• A bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required
• Familiarity with different types of contracts, such as consulting agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. (Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience a plus.)
• Knowledge and experience in applying compliance and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in using contract management software and tools. Experience with Conga a plus.
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and excellent organizational skills.
• Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and internal business partners.

At Tarsus, we understand the importance of attracting and retaining top talent. The expected base pay range for this position is $64,500 - $90,300 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
