This is what you’ll do!

• You’ll lead the operations of TAFBs direct Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) distributions - engaging directly with clients, ensuring fair treatment, and a positively transformative program experience.
• You’ll lead communication initiatives for CSFP, including pivotal surveys and annual verifications, ensuring a seamless and interactive client journey.
• You’ll play a crucial role in overseeing CSFP partner sites, guaranteeing adherence to all guidelines while encouraging a culture of innovation and compliance.
• You’ll empower program partners in their outreach efforts, utilizing creative strategies to connect with and serve target demographics effectively.
• You’ll act as a critical liaison for escalating partner or client concerns, ensuring swift resolutions and enhancing program integrity through proactive communication
• You’ll collaborate with the Agency Relations Team to fortify TAFB’s senior programs, providing partner agencies with training and support, creating an environment of continuous improvement and question resolution.

This is what you’ll need to succeed!

• You’ll need a bachelor’s degree and two-three years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• You’ll have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of social media platforms and volunteer databases
• You’ll need the ability to speak effectively with diverse audiences, Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• You’ll need the ability to respond to inquiries and complaints in a tactful and helpful manner
• You’ll ability to organize work and set priorities to meet deadlines

This is where you’ll work

Main Campus: 2525 Cullen St. Fort Worth, Texas

You’ll work in an office environment and, on occasion, may work in warehouse or at outdoor events

This position requires occasional walking, standing, sitting and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds

Travel in service areas; must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Don’t worry, you’ll be reimbursed for mileage
