Tarpon Springs Pediatrics is Hiring a Medical Office Receptionist (Full Time) Near Tarpon Springs, FL

Our office is a thriving family-owned practice where employees generally stay for many years because of the good working environment.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Medical Office Receptionist in Tarpon Springs, FL.

The candidate MUST have a clean record, with NO CRIMINAL OR MISDEMEANOR Charges.

The successful candidate will be performing job duties as follows:

  • Greeting patients visiting the office, answering any questions they may have and helping them fill out the required forms
  • Answering phone calls, creating appointments, directing calls as required and confirming next day appointments
  • Scanning, Filing and updating patient records in EMR
  • Check out patients, making next appointments
  • Any other office support duties needed to create an excellent patient experience

Requirements:

  • NO CRIMINAL OR MISDEMEANOR Charges
  • Above Average computer skills
  • Superb phone etiquette
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required
  • Pediatrics experience preferred but not required
