The front desk office administrator will be the face of our office to walk-in traffic at our Ormond Beach office. The admin will greet all persons entering the office, ask them what they need help with and alert the proper person to come assist them.
The admin will answer all incoming phone calls after the first ring if they are not currently speaking with a client over the phone or in-person.
They will transfer the phone to the prospective person.
